DEPARTMENT OF NOTHING / EST. NOW

A very serious
lack of seriousness.

We think the best thing on your desk might be the thing that asks nothing of you.

An empty jar labeled NothingOUR ENTIRE BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY, BOTTLED.

Less to optimize.
More to enjoy.

Everything wants to make you faster, smarter, more connected. Your watch counts steps. Your phone counts minutes. Even your toothbrush has opinions.

AntiStatic goes the other way. A rock without an app. A jar without a feature roadmap. A certificate that congratulates you for doing nothing.

We call them objects for an overcharged world. They’re little visual jokes about the serious ways we talk about very ordinary things.

The collection begins with physical concepts and free digital editions. It’s a small creative experiment, and the most important feature is that you know what you’re getting.

VERY REASONABLE QUESTIONS

Let’s clear the air.

Is this a real shop?

It’s a concept shop with real, free digital downloads. The physical objects are design concepts and are not currently for sale. There is no payment or order collection.

Can this website remove static electricity?

No. The discharge meter is an entertainment simulation. It does not read your device, remove electrical charge, or protect electronics. Our playful objects are not ESD equipment.

What do I get in a digital edition?

The sticker sheet is a scalable SVG containing three novelty labels. The certificate is a personalized SVG generated in your browser. Both can be opened and printed using a browser or vector design app.

Can I use the downloads commercially?

These editions are free for personal, noncommercial use. You may print them for your own desk or share the site with friends. Do not resell, repackage, or use them as genuine safety or certification labels.

Do you collect my name?

No. The certificate is created entirely on your device. Your name is not sent to a server or stored by this website. Saved objects use browser local storage, which you can clear at any time.

What happens when physical editions launch?

Availability, materials, pricing, shipping and returns will be stated before any purchase can be made. Until then, each physical object is clearly labeled as a concept.
